As each piece is handmade in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. We recommend reviewing sizing, colors, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please email us at moomoomommy.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or offer store credit.
